Service hours of MyPMO

From 1 July to 29 August 2025, the MyPMO single phone number (+32 2 29 11111) will operate from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. (midday). 

In case of emergency hospital admissions after midday or over the weekend, direct billing may be granted retroactively from the date you were admitted to hospital. Direct billing requests submitted online via MyPMO and JSIS online will be handled as soon as possible.
