PMO kertoo, että tammikuun 2024 loppupuolelta yhdellä numerolla selviää. 


PMO’s new single telephone number

From end of January 2024, the PMO will have a single telephone number to replace the 15 existing ones. It will end with 11111 to make it easier to remember (+32 2 2911111). There will be a menu starting with JSIS, the most frequently requested. AIACE insisted on a 'Call me back' option. The current numbers will remain in service with automatic diversion during a transition period.

Nouveau numéro de téléphone unique pour le PMO

A partir de fin de janvier 2024, le PMO disposera d’un numéro de téléphone unique qui remplacera les 15 numéros existants actuellement. Il se terminera par 11111 pour en faciliter la mémorisation (+32 2 2911111). Il y aura un menu commençant par le RCAM, le plus fréquemment demandé. L’AIACE a insisté pour avoir une option « Me rappeler ». Les numéros actuels resteront en fonction avec déviation automatique pendant une période de transition.
